A possible Canada Post labour disruption may occur. This could impact the delivery of our lettermail invoices or payments being mailed to SSL-Sustainable Services Ltd.

If you currently receive your invoices by lettermail, we would strongly suggest contacting us to switch your account to email billing to avoid delays in receiving your invoice.

If email billing is not an option, you can also call us and speak to a representative who can provide you with your account’s billing information. You will also want to arrange for a payment method which does not require mail service, such as telephone or online banking.

Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure your invoices are paid even during a disruption in mail services.
