A possible Canada Post labour disruption may occur as early as midnight on Monday, October 22, 2018. This could impact the delivery of SSL lettermail invoices or payments being mailed to SSL.

If you currently receive your invoices by lettermail, we would strongly suggest contacting SSL to switch your account to email billing to avoid delays in receiving your invoice.

If email billing is not an option, you can also call SSL and speak to a representative who can provide you with your account’s billing information. You will also want to arrange a payment method with a financial institution that does not require mail service, such as telephone or online banking.

Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure your invoices are paid even during a disruption in mail services.
