SSL would like to inform you that a service disruption at Canada Post is currently affecting the timely delivery of mail.

To ensure you receive your bills without delay, we encourage our customers to sign up for email billing. If you are unable to register for email billing, please contact us at accounts@ssl-bc.com, or by phone at 250-391-7260, to request information regarding your account balance.

For those who typically mail cheques, we recommend setting up online banking, or dropping your cheque off at our office to avoid delays. SSL’s office is open Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm.

We would also like to kindly remind our customers, that even with mail service disruptions, it remains your responsibility to pay your bills on time to avoid late charges.
