Did you know when your heat pump is running in Air Conditioning mode, it is normal for it to expel condensation water.

This water should flow through a small pipe into the floor drain of your house.

During prolonged periods of hot weather / cooling usage, we recommend that customers visually check that this water is draining properly into the floor drain.
