Please be advised that SSL will be flushing the water mains in your neighbourhood on Wednesday, November 13th, 2019. Flushing is a regular part of annual system maintenance which helps keep our drinking water safe and clean. It is also undertaken to verify the reliability of all fire hydrants and perform repairs if needed.

During this process, customers may experience brief periods of lower pressure, slightly discoloured water, air pockets or increases in chlorine odour. These temporary conditions are normal and can be cleared by running your cold water taps for a few minutes.
