Effective June 1, 2022, heat pump rental/lease rates will be changing.  This adjustment is necessary due to the cumulative effects of inflation on equipment maintenance, repair, and replacement costs.  It is also important to note that equipment rental/lease rates were last adjusted in June 2018 – four years ago – due in large part to our rate freeze policy implemented during the worst phases of the COVID-19 pandemic.

For standard residential customers, the new rental/lease rate will be adjusted to $59.40 per month.  For strata customers with shared equipment packages, the new rate specific to your account will be displayed on your latest SSL bill and can also be verified by contacting our office.
